Terms of Service & Editorial Disclaimer

7. Mandatory Grievance Redressal & Notice-and-Takedown Procedure

DusynBlog respects intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and reputational interests. In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and international safe harbor norms:

PRIOR NOTICE REQUIREMENT: Prior to filing any formal legal action, court notice, civil suit, or administrative complaint against DusynBlog or its editors, any aggrieved party must first submit a written Grievance Notice to our designated contact.

The Grievance Notice must include:

  1. The specific URL(s) of the contested article or content;
  2. A clear explanation of the alleged infringement, defamation, factual error, or privacy violation;
  3. Documented evidence of your legal right, ownership, or authority to act;
  4. Your verifiable contact information (full name, address, email, and phone number);
  5. The specific remedy requested (correction, editorial disclaimer, redaction, or removal).

Upon receipt of a substantiated notice, our team will review the claim and, where appropriate, rectify, redact, issue a clarification, or take down the disputed material within statutory timeframes (normally within 36 hours to 15 business days).

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to this platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. You agree that the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Assam, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising hereunder.
